Chad Nybo
Chad NyboCEO
Chad Nybo has a distinguished career in developing complex and highly creative software solutions for both corporations and government agencies. Over the last several years, Chad has been working closely with healthcare professionals to bring new technologies into their practices. Chad graduated from Montana State University in 1996 with a Bachelor of Science in Economics.

Outside the office Chad spends time with his wife Elmira and is a Montana State Bobcats Football fan.

Jesse Romine

A 15-year sales veteran, Jesse Romine joined CrossTx with enterprise cloud technology experience in both the public and private sector. With extensive experience managing relationships with large Companies, Cities, Counties, and States across the U.S. as well as governments in Mexico, Latin America, South America, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.

Prior to CrossTx, Jesse was employed at Socrata, Oracle Corporation, RightNow Technologies, Microsoft, and Great Plains Software. Jesse attended Concordia College in Moorhead, MN where he received a bachelor of arts degree in Economics with minors in both Business and Religion.

Brad Putnam

Brad served as Executive Director of HealthShare Montana, the Health Information Exchange for the state of Montana for three years, where he helped to forge relationships with millions of patients.

Prior to his efforts in the healthcare industry, Brad founded and acted as president and CEO of Digital Compliance, LLC. Under his leadership, the company grew from pioneer to industry leader providing information on over 1,000 service providers to well over 2000 companies throughout the country.

Sara Crow
Sara CrowMarketing
After receiving her Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Montana State University, Sara started her career as a project manager at AKQA, a digital advertising agency in San Francisco, working with clients such as Microsoft, Method, McDonalds and Nike. Sara moved back to Bozeman to work in Influencer Relations at RightNow Technologies, spearheading RightNow’s social presence and facilitating internal and external communication.

Most recently, Sara wrote a children’s book, Even Superheroes Have to Sleep, that will be published by Penguin Random House | DoubleDay in March of 2017.

Justin Palagi

As a long-term valuable employee, Justin has been providing critical contributions to building the CrossTx platform. Justin graduated in 2012 from Montana State University with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science with High Honors as a member of the national Society of Computing Professionals.

Outside of the office, Justin enjoys the Montana outdoors and Ice Hockey.

David Householter
David HouseholterWeb Developer
David is a graduate of Montana State University with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science while exploring the surroundings of Bozeman, MT. Through his experiences, over the last several years David has had a focus on user experience web development. He seeks to solve challenging issues by building an interface that allows for simple interactions.

Outside of the office: David enjoys spending time in the mountains of Big Sky country while riding his bike and sliding down mountains on skis.

Evgenia Kolotiouk
Evgenia KolotioukUI Developer
Born in Moscow, Russia, Zhenya was exposed to arts and culture from an early age. Often dragged to art galleries against her will, she eventually developed an appreciation of fine form and color. Zhenya moved to the United States in 1995 and received her liberal arts degree in humanities from the University of Montana. Translating her attention to detail and design to the field of technology, she went on to receive a degree in computer science from Montana State University. Zhenya joins CrossTx to bring a keen eye to the user experience of the platform.

Outside of software UI, Zhenya enjoys exploring the outdoors with her two teenage daughters and dancing tango.

Roland Forbes
Roland ForbesFull Stack Developer
As an Idaho native, Roland moved to Bozeman to earn a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Psychology from Montana State University. His curiosity for web development stemmed from founding and running ZenCyclery.com, where he did everything from front-end development to customer support.

Outside of the office, Roland can typically be found falling out of airplanes (on purpose) or skiing the backcountry of Montana.

David VapSaaS Product Executive
David Vap is a leading SaaS Product Executive. As Group Vice President of Oracle Applications Development, David drove product strategy and product management for the cloud-based Oracle customer service products. He also aligned the strategy for the Oracle customer experience portfolio, which consisted of sales, service, marketing, and commerce applications.
A 20-year veteran of the technology industry, Mr. Vap joined Oracle through the acquisition of RightNow in 2012. At RightNow he was Vice President of Products, where he led product strategy, product management, and product marketing.
Mr. Vap earned his Bachelor of Science at Carnegie Mellon University.
Terry NyboHealthcare Professional
Dr. Norman “Terry” Nybo, the Montana Dental Association’s 2013 winner of the Excellent Clinician Award, has been at the forefront of new technologies, best operating procedures and advanced patient care. He is a member of the American Dental Association, Montana Dental Association, Academy of Laser Dentistry and American Academy of Implant Dentistry. He also is a fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry, the American College of Dentists and the International College of Dentists. He graduated from the University of Minnesota with a B.S. degree in Dentistry and a Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree with honors.

Outside of the office Terry is an accomplished artist and enjoys the Montana outdoors.

Pam SveinsonExecutive Consultant
Pam Sveinson has had a busy and diverse career since moving back to her home state of Montana in 1999, where she bought a business and property on Hebgen Lake. Since then, Pam has developed and operated Kirkwood Resort & Marina near West Yellowstone, where she also has been active in a variety of community efforts.

In her “spare time”, she has been consulting with a variety of clients world-wide since 1999. Pam specializes in individual executive coaching, facilitation of management team sessions and consulting on large-scale culture initiatives. Her client work has spanned 18 years, working with global corporations, e-commerce start-ups and small businesses as well as non-profit organizations. In the last several years, Pam has become a member of the Frontier Angel Fund, investing in and supporting start-up businesses.
Prior to 1999, Pam had a career of more than 20 years holding executive HR positions with Cowles Media Company/Star Tribune and with First Bank System, both in Minneapolis. She also has been a member of the board of directors for several organizations, serving as both the chair of their HR committees as well as Treasurer and Board Chair. In those capacities, she led or participated in many committees, including oversight of investment fund management. Pam received her master’s in Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota in 1980.

Richard HarjesGeneral Partner, Next Frontier
Richard brings years of investment and funding experience to Next Frontier which translates to exemplary business experience for CrossTx. Along with his wife, he is co-founder of Willow Spring Ranch Montana, a ranch devoted to sustainably raising organic lamb for the local and national gourmet market.
Prior to Bozeman, Richard had a long-term career in quantitative investments – computerized, model-based investment strategies employing statistical modeling and machine learning techniques, analyzing and making thousands of small investment decisions on a minute-by-minute basis. Throughout his career, Richard built, grew and/or managed a number of highly successful investment teams with PhD level expertise in statistics, computer science, math and physics. He was Managing Director of the Statistical Arbitrage business at Citadel Investment Group in Chicago, founding the group responsible for the quantitative trading of equities at the firm. Prior to this, he was Director of Research and partner at Numeric Investors, a quantitative equity fund in Boston where he founded investment strategies and ran the overall research effort. Early in his career, Richard was one of the founding members of the Alpha Strategies Group at Barclays Global Investors, contributing to that effort by establishing the group’s research platform, strong investment returns and exceptional client and asset growth. Richard has served on the faculties of Duke University and the University of Arizona and is published in major academic journals.

In addition to his business pursuits, Richard serves on the board of directors of the Children’s Museum of Bozeman. He founded and is one of the creative drivers behind the Museum’s STEAMlab – a hands-on, high-tech science and technology learning center focused on circuits, robotics and 3D printing, and expanding opportunities for the kids of Southwest Montana.
